Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: $5,000 Sign on Bonus for new hire! Outpatient Occupational Therapist working 40 hours a week Monday-Friday with pediatric and orthopedic patients. This clinic also has PT and SLP pediatric therapist. Inpatient weekend coverage 4-5 times a year with a possible holiday. Ideal candidate will have pediatric experience or interest. Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30 Major Responsibilities: Interprets physician referrals and evaluates the patient's physical, perceptual, cognitive, social, and vocational abilities and their impact on the patient's activities of daily living. Establishes a plan of care and implements individual treatment based on evaluation results, functional goals and by utilizing appropriate techniques. Provides and/or fabricates assistive devices and/or splints to enhance patient's functional independence. Monitors and evaluates outcomes and appropriately adjusts individualized treatment plan based on patient's response and provides status updates to physicians and other teammates.
