We are working closely with Birmingham Children's Trust in to assist with the appointment of a Family Support Worker, on a 1-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay : £15.34- £19.96 per hour Summary: The Higher Level Family Support Worker is a vital role within Birmingham Children's Trust, dedicated to making a positive difference for children, young people, and families. Operating within a multi-disciplinary safeguarding service, you will use professional knowledge to provide timely interventions and lead multi-agency plans. You will act as a "champion" in specific practice areas—such as domestic violence or substance misuse—providing expert advice and workshops to the wider team to drive high standards of practice and achieve positive family outcomes.
