SUMMARY: Acts as an intermediary between insurance companies and benefits customer insurance buyers. Will advise and recommend insurance policies that best meet the customer’s needs. Primary focus is to produce new benefits business and grow existing relationships. The producer must have and maintain a valid Life and Health Insurance license in the appropriate states and meet all insurance department requirements such as continuing education, etc. If not a current license holder, license must be obtained within 90 days of hire. CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS: Willingness to provide a level of service which will clearly differentiate us from our competitors. INTERPERSONAL SKILLS: Professional demeanor in appearance, interpersonal relations, work ethic and attitude. Possess clear, concise, effective written and oral communication skills to effectively express thoughts, ideas and concepts to management, bank employees and bank customers in a collaborative and solutions oriented manner.
