Summary of Essential Functions The Service Desk Analyst is responsible for making changes in ServiceNow to meet business needs, including integration with other systems. This role involves designing, analyzing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet business and IT requirements. The analyst works with stakeholders, IT teams, and development teams to ensure solutions are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Educational Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent required. - University degree in Healthcare, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related subjects preferred, not required. Work experience may be considered as a substitute for degree. - Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: - Experience in tracking and managing software and hardware assets. - Proficiency in IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Service Management (ITSM) software, with experience using tools like ServiceNow, Snow, or SAM tools. - Experience working with software licensing agreements and ensuring compliance. - Experience in a customer service role. - Familiarity with IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL)...
