As an Analyst on the Technology Finance team, reporting to the Manager, Technology Finance, you will focus on the areas of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of Hilton's Technology organization. What you'll do during a typical day: - Evaluate monthly financial performance, identify trends, and prepare variance explanations and drivers. - Utilize Oracle PeopleSoft, Hyperion Financial Systems, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Pivot, etc. to analyze large datasets and continuously improve financial models for accurate and insightful forecasts. - Produce Monthly Business Reviews against the financial goals, providing insights to business partners for decision making.
