POSITION OVERVIEW: Reporting to the Human Resources and Communications Manager, the Recruitment Officer is responsible for supporting recruitment and staffing services to attract, select, and retain a qualified workforce. This role coordinates recruitment processes, supports onboarding, and contributes to staff development initiatives within the organization. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with full-cycle recruitment, including posting, screening, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
