Job Title: Senior Consumer Insights Assistant Manager Location: Leeds, UK: MAIN JOB PURPOSE: Consumer Technical Insights (CTI) is the R&D team that brings the voice of the consumer – turning real needs, behaviours and preferences into clear direction for better products and experiences. We’re looking for someone with a genuine curiosity and energy to help deliver the consumer research agenda for R&D. You’ll bring together insights from multiple sources, spot the patterns that matter, and translate them into what consumers are truly looking for – creating clear, consumer-relevant technical standards that our R&D teams can deliver. In this role, you’ll sit at the heart of our consumer testing work, implementing quantitative and qualitative approaches to bring confidence and momentum to the choices we make. MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Work as part of a cross-functional team and as the advocate of the consumer, support the team through translating research questions into robust CTI testing. 2.
