The Opportunity This role is the connective tissue between our internal cross functional teams and our cloud provider’s infrastructure, networking, and support organizations. You’ll own three things simultaneously: the vendor relationship (holding our cloud provider accountable on capacity, SLAs, and delivery), the technical integration (driving infrastructure deployments from allocation through production readiness), and the cross-functional program (keeping 5+ internal and external teams synchronized against hard delivery dates).
