Working Hours/Days Monday - Friday 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM Overview: POSITION SUMMARY: Field supervisor is accountable for the dispatch, efficiency and discipline of all field technicians assigned to her or him. This person must possess a deep knowledge of construction equipment repair processes and dispatch organizational skills. Customer relations and customer satisfaction are also key ingredients of the job. Basic Duties: The Field Service Supervisor is responsible for all field service activity in his territory .
