Responsive recruiter The Legacy Fellowship is a leadership internship/residency from mid-August through August of the following year designed for recent college graduates. This application is for the 2026-2027 internship/residency. Fellows are assigned to live and work in either Van, Texas or Westcliffe, Colorado. The program is designed to provide work experience and training in leadership and ministry within a Christian camp setting. Those within the program are provided housing and most meals on camp, and are trained in the various areas of ministry within Sky Ranch, while providing an excellent and safe experience for Sky Ranch ministries. This position exists in order to help individuals grow in leadership experience through ministering to guests through the various operations and activities, while learning to actively lead within the programs and operations of Sky Ranch camps. During the summer, the position assists with Summer Camp sessions in a leadership role. This program also provides pre-requisite training for the Master's Program at Sky Ranch, which is a two-year work/study internship where participants can also earn a master’s degree with tuition covered by Sky Ranch....
