HR Business Partner | Talent Management (MPC-Gulfport) The Talent Management Business Partner supports the execution of talent strategies by working with business leaders and HR teams to identify talent needs, drive employee development, and support succession planning and organizational growth. This role is responsible for: This position is part of the system Talent Management team within Human Resources.
