Job description

This position will be pivotal in driving the growth and success of the Undergraduate Nursing Program by effectively managing the admissions, enrollment, and compliance processes. The individual will lead active recruitment and admission efforts to convert prospective student inquiries into enrolled undergraduate nursing students. Additionally, the position will collaborate closely with affiliate credentialing departments to ensure that newly admitted students meet and maintain all required regulatory and clinical compliance standards, facilitating timely placement and successful learner experiences at clinical sites. Admissions Advising: - Represent the Undergraduate Nursing Program at virtual, local, statewide, and national recruitment events to promote enrollment and program visibility. - Serve as a key member of the admissions team, working collaboratively with the Center for Academic Success and Advising (CASA) to ensure pre-nursing and transfer students receive accurate, timely, and consistent information regarding program requirements, academic progression, and eligibility criteria. - Communicate comprehensive information to prospective undergraduate students regarding progra...
