About the Job: Following a period of sustained growth, we are seeking an experienced, customer focused individual to join the team as an Assistant Broker on a permanent full-time basis. Based in our Midland WA office, you will be part of a close-knit team supporting our Insurance Brokers/Account Managers. As an Assistant Broker, you will: - Assist Insurance Brokers with processing new business, policy renewals, and endorsements. - Provide a broad range of administrative support to Insurance Brokers (preparation of documents, file management, new business quotes preparation etc.). - Responding to and/or triaging a broad range of incoming calls and enquiries (phone, online, and email). - Collaborate with internal teams and Insurance Brokers to ensure compliance requirements/documents are maintained. - D...
