Summary Operate and maintain machinery equipped with compressed-air spray nozzles and robots to coat products with paint, cure/bake product, and dump product into bags by performing the following duties, Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. - Pour premixed paint into reservoir for painting and clean paint reservoir after lot is complete. - Mix paint to formula or customer specified request. - Place paint racks onto conveyor or onto transfer table that carries them into machine. - Mix paints with thinner solution according to formula. - Monitor robots and quality-inspect robot performance. - Remove fasteners from the conveyor belt; package and palletize finished product. - Operate all machine computers. - Set up pumps, hoses, a...
