We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Feedback and Resolution organization. This engineering team of around 30 people owns a critical platform for collecting, processing, and resolving customer feedback to enhance map quality across all TomTom products, while enabling Map Operations teams to address map issues efficiently at scale. What you will do: - You manage multiple engineering teams directly with other managers and Staff Engineers reporting to you. You are accountable for the outcomes achieved by your teams. - You use your technical background primarily to set direction, evaluate designs, grow senior talent, and challenge decisions where it matters most. - You work directly with Management (Director, VP, Senior Managers), senior technical experts (Staff Engineers) and Product Managers to simplify complexity and deliver prioritized, incremental product outcomes with measurable customer and operational impact - You set guidelines for all developers in our department by aligning with peers, the industry, and tech leads.
