Legal Counsel, Cloud Global Strategic Initiatives

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - JD, LL.B., equivalent degree, or equivalent practical experience. - Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law (e.g., have registered in-house status) in the state in which the position is located. - 7 years of attorney-level experience in government, in-house, or at a law firm. - Experience leading the negotiation of bespoke technology agreements. - Experience advising business clients on English contract and related law. Preferred qualifications: - Experience leading the negotiation of Cloud and IT services agreements, software licenses, custom development agreements, intellectual property assignments etc. - Experience directly supporting and advising enterprise business teams across several jurisdictions. - Experience managing multi-jurisdictional legal projects from inception to completion. - Ability to work separately and collaboratively within a team and manage multiple agreements and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent problem-solving, communication and organisational skills.
