THE ROLE 📝: This is a 6-month fixed-term contract focused on shaping and delivering high-impact new product opportunities at Form3. We’re looking for a strategic and commercially minded leader to lead the identification, evaluation, and development of new product business cases. You’ll bring structure, pace, and commercial rigour to opportunity assessment, ensuring recommendations are data-driven, customer-led, and aligned to Form3’s strategic priorities. - Identify and evaluate new product and market opportunities, with a focus on commercial impact - Lead the development of high-quality, data-driven business cases to support executive and board-level decision-making - Leverage internal and external market intelligence to validate opportunities and quantify commercial potential - Work closely with existing customers to test hypotheses and validate demand - Develop high-level delivery roadmaps in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams - Align stakeholders across Product, Commercial, Finance, and Leadership to drive clear, strategic outcomes WE ARE LOOKING FOR 🔍: You’re a strategic operator with strong commercial instincts and a bias for action.
