As we continue to expand our presence, we are seeking a District Manager to oversee operations across multiple studio locations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality services, operational excellence, and business growth throughout our Texas studios. The District Manager will be responsible for driving performance, maintaining professional relationships, and staying informed on industry trends. 85k-100k Salary + Bonus Eligible Key responsibilities include: - Overseeing all studio operations across multiple Texas locations, including Austin, Houston, Dallas, Katy, Fort Worth, and San Antonio - Traveling frequently between studio sites to ensure operational consistency and support local teams - Utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and manage studio performance, including revenue, bookings, cancellation rates, and average order value - Conducting regular inventory audits and ensuring compliance with company standards - Building rapport with studio staff while maintaining professional...
