Milestone Logistics Data Analyst are responsible for integrating logistics, inventory management, and data analytics with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and team collaboration. How You Will Make an Impact What You Will Need to Succeed - Develop and maintain internal inventory control systems focused on operational excellence and documenting processes related to external vendor materials. - Ensure proper receipt documentation in compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) regulations for business operations. - Enhance end-user experience on internal knowledge platforms. - Create and manage documents using Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides. - Develop and maintain templates for business reporting. - Track, analyze, and report key operational metrics related to inventory control and process improvements. - Generate and distribute regular reports to stakeholders to enable data-driven decision making. - Handle receiving of materials from outside vendors. - Minimum 2 years experience in data analytics or administrative roles. - Preferred Bachelor's degree. - Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills. - Effective written and verbal communication. - High professionalism and c...
