Job description

I. Job Purpose and Job Duties Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00AM-2:30PM: The Logistics Center Trainer II is responsible for the design, development, and continuous improvement of the Logistics Center training curricula, Responsibilities include but are not limited to; training strategy, content control, teaching processes, systems, policies, and cultural responsibilities. In addition the role is accountable for individualized training and effectiveness checks; applying established work instructions, procedures, policies, and best practices. This role serves as the subject matter lead for SAP, systems, Continuous Improvement (LEAN), and structured on-the-job training within the Logistics Center. Curriculum & Training Program Development: Design, develop, and maintain standardized training curricula for logistics operations, including classroom, hands-on, and digital learning formats. On time updates of training materials, work instructions, and supporting documentation maintaining LC compliance with all regulatory, and other controls.
