Overview ABM is hiring an experienced HVAC Technician III to support commercial clients across the DFW Metroplex. This is a field-based, commercial service role focused on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair of complex HVAC systems. Technicians are dispatched from home. For information about ABM’s benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Member - Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems , including RTUs and large packaged units - Perform preventive maintenance and service repairs for contracted customers - Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues using industry-standard tools - Service large-tonnage equipment (100 plus tons preferred) - Document work performed and communicate clearly with customers - Follow all safety procedures, codes, and company standards - 5–7 plus years of commercial HVAC service experience - Strong troubleshooting and PM/service background - EPA Universal Certification required - High school diploma or equivalent (technical/trade training preferred) - Solid electrical and mechanical knowled...
