The University of Maine at Farmington (UMF) is seeking a dedicated professional for the role of Area Director to serve as a cornerstone of the student experience. In this full-time, 12-month, live-in position, you will be the operational and developmental heart of our residential communities, providing student-centered support, interpersonal development, and community-building programming. As a key member of the Student Life staff, you will mentor and supervise a team of Community Assistants, manage campus life operations, and advocate for an inclusive and thriving environment for over 300 residents. Based on the qualifications and experience of the successful applicant, the anticipated annual salary for this position is up to $45,300 plus a 10% employer contribution to the UMS retirement plan.
