Benefits: Soccer Shots Chattanooga is looking for a passionate intern to learn about our business and to work with children ages 2 to 8. This is a flexible internship for credit/pay. The ideal candidate would be able to work with us through 2026 in order to experience the different seasons of our business. - Company parties - Flexible schedule - Opportunity for advancement - Training & development The Job: - Bring “Soccer Island” alive with your enthusiasm and creativity. - Conduct soccer sessions for children 2 to 8, including field set-up and take-down. - Familiarize self with operating a small, growing business - Sales, Ops, Coaching. - Assist with sales/development initiatives and design/implement marketing plans. - Learn to hire/evaluate/train coaches and staff. - Help launch our new registration system. - Coordinate seasonal prep and execution to our 45+ schools and 5+ parks. - Act as representative at events and programs - Customer service for families and schools What We Offer: Training —We offer a paid comprehensive training program to learn Soccer Shots’ curriculum, developmentally appropriate coaching techniques, and best practices.
