Shared Services Support Officer (Temporary Opportunity up to 5 months)

In this role, you'll: Join a high performing team, (Procurement Team) within our Transport Shared Services Service Centre based in Dubbo. You will service a variety of Internal and external staff via telephone, live chat and email. You’ll manage yourself to work through high volumes of enquiries, adhere to set processes and share best practice across the team. You will act as the first point of contact across multiple customer service channels adhering to processes, providing prompt and proactive customer service, processing transactions, and escalating where necessary in a timely manner.
