Hourly Pay Range: $48.93 - $75.84 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: Position: Clinical Nurse Manager - ASU & PACU Location: Evanston, IL (with ability to travel to other Endeavor sites on occasion) Full time: Hours: 7a to 3:30pm (with 24/7 responsibility for unit) What you will do: Knowledge and application of NorthShore policies and procedures that apply to job and area of responsibility. Management of Nursing Personnel to ensure quality patient care is delivered by competent staff. Customer Orientation to ensure satisfied patients, employees and physicians. Fiscal Management to ensure financial resources are used appropriately and strategically Builds effective relationships in order to create and maintain a cohesive team. Ensures compliance with regulatory agency requirements in order to maintain accreditation.
