Associate Manager – Stop Loss / Big Fleets

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented professional to support our team across two distinct areas of expertise: Support Stop-loss and Support Fleet. Each domain has its own focus, responsibilities, and specialist activities, yet both contribute to delivering high‑quality services to our corporate clients and insurer partners. Support Stop-loss: In this role, you will work closely with the Practice Leader to maintain and expand relationships with automotive underwriters, with a primary focus on large and complex fleet portfolios. You will develop in‑depth knowledge of Belgian, and ideally also EU, motor insurance legislation. You continuously monitor market developments and assess their impact on insurance solutions, requirements, and claims processes. Responsibilities: Relationship management & market knowledge: - Maintain and strengthen relationships with automotive underwriters, focusing on large and complex fleet portfolios; - Build thorough knowledge of Belgian (and preferably EU) motor insurance legislation; - Monitor market changes and evaluate their impact on insurance solutions, requirements, and claims handling.
