Always dreamed of working at a bank? Then this role is probably not for you ING Factory is the most rebellious place within ING, and honestly also the most fun (at least, we think so). We’re a small, creative team working on innovation projects that really move ING and its clients forward. Together with colleagues from all over the world. We might just be the least bank-like department in the bank. Not classic sales, but finding and landing the right innovative projects. This is a junior position, . What will you do?: Together with the lead of ING Factory you’ll find and land our projects. Having conversations with teams inside ING, sometimes with external partners. Brainstorming, listening, asking the right questions. Debriefing how a meeting went and figuring out the next step together. Everything we do is about co-creation.
