Salary $36.00 - 48.32 /hour Overview: 👩‍⚕️ LPN Unit Manager Full-time Rate: $36.00 - 48.32 an hour Job Description: The Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing nursing services and social programming for all residents on their assigned unit on a twenty-four (24) hour basis. This role involves communication with physicians, families, co-workers, and other healthcare professionals, as well as managing and evaluating nursing staff performance, hiring, and staff termination when necessary.
