Launch Lead Poland & CSE MCO - Type 1 Diabetes - Location: Warsaw, Poland About the Role: The Launch Lead for Type 1 Diabetes in Poland and CSE MCO is a strategic leadership role that drives the successful introduction of a first-in-class immunology treatment across the region. Reporting to the Commercial Head Poland with functional guidance from the MCO Launch Lead, this position combines country-specific leadership in Poland with broader MCO strategic support. This role embodies Sanofi's mission to chase the miracles of science to improve people's lives by leading cross-functional teams through complex launch activities, building stakeholder ecosystems, and establishing new paradigms in Type 1 Diabetes care. The position requires a leader who can navigate ambiguity, inspire collaboration across matrix structures, and deliver breakthrough results in a greenfield therapeutic area.
