Summary: Responsible for planning, scheduling, managing and monitoring facility maintenance staff, requirements and work within the Maintenance Department to include but not be limited to installing, inspecting, testing, repairing, adjusting, and calibrating all facility equipment and instrumentation. Plan and conduct major outages; implement and direct effective PM program, lubrication plans. Manage maintenance staff. Education/Experience: - Manages and directs mechanical and E&I maintenance function of facility, in accordance with appropriate company safety and maintenance standards and procedures. Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving work problems.
