Overview Scope of Responsibilities: Works under general supervision. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals Responsibilities: Job Duties: - Schedule and post schedules of all Filling Technicians to ensure adequate floor coverage on all shifts - Monitor attendance, tardiness, sick and vacation time, and all absences for compliance with company [policy, and verify time sheets weekly for validity - Maintain strict adherence to all policies and procedures - Advise Facility Manager of all pertinent events and exceptions within assigned department - Evaluate department employees and complete performance evaluations - Institute, in conjunction with the Facility Manager, performance improvement plans for poor work performance - Recommend to the Facility Manager disciplinary action for violation of policies and procedures - Monitor work flow within the department and assign employees to facility timely completion of tasks - Monitor Filling Technicians for accuracy, and supervise staff in the proper preparation of medications to be dispensed by the pharmacists - Work closely with purchasing staff and assign filling technicians, when necessary, to as...
