We are seeking a Sr Manager, Global SEO / AEO to lead how nVent is discovered across global digital channels. Reporting to the Sr Director of Marketing Technology, this new role sits at the intersection of marketing, platforms, and performance, where success depends on an ability to influence, teach and transform key organizational decision makers. You’ll work across global teams to align priorities and shape how search operates at scale in a highly matrixed, enterprise environment. ** This is a full time, direct-hire position with a hybrid work schedule of 4 days/week on-site in St. Louis Park, MN. ** WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: - Own nVent’s enterprise and global Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategy, ensuring strong search visibility as discovery shifts toward answer engines powered by large language models (LLMs). - Build and scale a global SEO/AEO Center of Excellence, establishing governa...
