The Healthy Babies Community Liaison Coordinator provides for the day-to-day supervision of the Healthy Babies Community Liaison staff. Performs administrative work to assist the Healthy Babies Program Manager. Participates in the planning and direction of the Healthy Babies Program, including personnel management and team meetings. Reviews complex and/or difficult office and field procedures and the development of procedural improvements. This position works to meet the mission of the Sedgwick County Health Department by promoting the wellness of Sedgwick County residents through the Healthy Babies Program’s focus on reduction of infant mortality, low birth weight, and prematurity among high-risk moms.
