Hardware Validation Lead, Platforms

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 6 years of experience working in a data center systems architecture, design, hardware bring-up and validation technical environment. - 3 years of experience in technical leadership. - Experience partnering with industry leaders on evaluating, defining and driving test methodologies for hardware systems. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience. - 15 years of experience working in data center systems architecture, design, hardware bring-up and validation. - Experience with leadership in defining test processes and solutions for large hardware organizations. - Knowledge of data center and hardware design, testing and deployment methodologies and issues. - Understanding of hardware architecture, electrical validation, including test methodologies for high speed interfaces, like Peripheral Component Interconnect Express (PCIe), Compute Express Link (CXL), Ethernet and Double Data Rate (DDR). - Ability to solve system issues, technical innovation...
