Senior Microsoft Identity Engineer (MIM / Entra ID Governance) Context: We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Identity Engineer to support our Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) environment and later contribute to the migration toward Microsoft Entra ID Governance. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft-based Identity & Access Management. Role: Microsoft Identity Expert / Engineer: Key Responsibilities: Maintain and evolve workflows and governance processes in Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) Design and implement user and group lifecycle rules for Active Directory and related systems Develop and maintain identity logic, rules, and integrations Ensure IDM solutions align with business and IT strategy requirements Document implementations using Microsoft Office / collaboration tools Support and mentor team members on the platform Act as a bridge between product, development, and operational teams Integrate development, testing, and operational aspects in delivery Share knowledge through documentation and knowledge transfer sessions Required Skills & Experience: Expert-level experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) (operational + integration) Strong experience...
