Responsibilities Peraton is hiring a skilled Systems Engineer (SE) to support planning for and managing activities in the Knowledge Management and Curation portfolio in the customer’s large High Performance Computing (HPC) related program. This program is cutting edge and includes everything from HPC test planning and execution, architecture design and prototyping, and vendor outreach and collaboration support. Program technical areas include commercial cloud technologies, high performance computing, and enterprise architecture. The program is tactically important to the national security of the United States and the work on these missions are frequently recognized for their results and the Program Integrator will be directly involved in ensuring the government is successful in achieving their planned objectives of this growing, high-profile program. The selected Systems Engineer should have a broad range of general systems engineering experience. The SE will support systems engineering processes associated with the transition of legacy projects to the newly instantiated cloud architecture and the planning and coordination for the development of new capabilities.
