SUMMARY: The Property Manager, Landlord Engagement is responsible for overseeing the operational and tenant/landlord relationship management as per the operating parameters and standards of the Infrastructure Ontario (IO) contract and BGIS. This role acts as a key liaison between ownership, landlords, tenants, vendors, and IO/internal stakeholders to resolve complex landlord matters, enforce lease obligations, manage disputes, and ensure properties operate efficiently and in compliance with lease agreements while maintaining and enhancing the relationship with landlords.
