American Airlines – The Landing at Skyview 6 The Housekeeping Houseperson is responsible for cleaning and supplying all assigned areas, including room attendant carts, storage rooms, and public areas in addition to maintaining inventory of housekeeping supplies. RESPONSIBILITIES: REQUIREMENTS: - Assist room attendants with stripping beds and removing used linen and towels. - Deliver soiled linens to laundry chute for cleaning. - Deliver fresh towels and linens to room attendants for guest rooms. - Deliver additional supplies to room attendants as needed and as necessary. - Effectively communicate with room attendants to ensure efficient and timely cleaning of guest rooms. - Vacuum hallways of guest room floors. - Participate in general cleaning with tasks such as turning mattresses and removing sheers and drapes. - Ensure that all equipment is distributed and maintained in proper operating order. - Ensure that all linen closets are stocked. - Ensure delivery of guest request items to guest rooms. - Ensure that trash is collected and disposed of properly. - Maintains constant awareness of safety issues, (i.e. broken glass, frayed electrical cords, leaks, broken locks and suspicious...
