Job Details: Starting Pay $18.75 /hr plus a $2.00 shift premium. 2nd Shift - Monday - Friday 3:30 p.m. - End of Shift Job Summary: Under general supervision monitors and guides trainee performance. Employees in this job will train TEAM members to learn the safest practices best production techniques and to understand quality control while interacting with management on a regular basis. This job requires knowledge of the process workflow and production in the locations manufacturing environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Trains and develops workforce. Coordinates training, trains, and monitors trainees to assure quality of work and progression towards qualification. Ensures adherence to procedures, regulations and guidelines while minimizing errors and safety risks. Tracks tardiness, absenteeism, and availability of trainees. Observes behavior of trainees while performing job and responds to potential problems towards the qualification process, and to ensure the safety of individuals.
