What You'll Be Doing: In joining Stifel’s Venture Banking Team, a Vice President plays an integral role in building and supporting a regional client portfolio of technology companies. A VP should feel confident in leveraging the resources spanning Stifel’s banking & broader corporate platform to both lead debt processes and deliver a curated banking experience to entrepreneurs and their businesses. What We're Looking For: - Maintain a portfolio of technology company clients, which includes ongoing portfolio management responsibilities and effectively deploying Stifel platform resources to support clients. - Able to effectively drive deal processes, including loan underwriting, loan documentation and the loan closing process. - Maintain in-depth knowledge of the venture capital ecosystem and firm products and services. - Recognizes and pursues opportunities to cr...
