About the Opportunity About the Role: Northeastern University is seeking an experienced Occupational Health & Safety Program Manager (OHSPM) to join our Environmental Compliance and Occupational Safety (ECOS) team. Reporting to the Director of Environmental Compliance and Occupational Safety, this role is central to developing, implementing, and managing the university's occupational health and safety compliance program across multiple campuses. You will serve as a trusted safety resource for university leaders, facilities personnel, and capital projects teams — evaluating the effectiveness of existing safety programs, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a proactive safety culture at every level of the organization. What You'll Do: Regulatory Compliance (20%) Serve as the university's point of contact for occupational health and safety compliance, tracking local, state, and federal standards across industrial hygiene, construction safety, and worker health programs.
