Overview of Position: The FSO Claims Supervisor is responsible for supervising activities in the claims department and oversees the investigation of insurance claims based on coverage. This includes managing individual and team performance expectations and goals, providing individual coaching feedback sessions and maintaining singular focus on ensuring and improving agent call quality while improving the customer experience. If you reside within a commutable distance from our Miami office, you will be required to go into office.
