We have an immediate opening McNairy Group Home located in Caldwell County, NC, to work with individuals with disabilities and truly make a difference in their lives. Group Homes can be a major step for empowering independence and building a community for those we serve. Our homes provide all of the support our residents need – mental, physical and emotional. Each person has their own bedroom, with meals and activities provided in a common area. Residents share responsibilities and learn life skills including cooking and cleaning. Staff are present for residents 24/7 supporting them with their everyday needs. Weekdays will sleep overnight at the group home. All of our Group Homes are licensed by the North Carolina Division of Health Service Regulation.
