The Global Design Guidelines & Engagement Lead is a pivotal leadership role responsible for developing, maintaining, and evolving Meta’s global design guidelines. This position ensures consistency, quality, and compliance across all workplace, culinary, and design innovation projects, aligning design standards with the company’s brand and strategic objectives. By acting as a central steward of workplace design and collaborating with cross-functional partners, the Lead drives the adoption of best-in-class practices throughout Meta’s global portfolio, ensuring that Meta’s physical environments consistently reflect company values, support operational priorities, and set new benchmarks for quality and innovation. Collaborates closely with: Global Design Execution Lead, Global Design Innovation Lead, Global Culinary Design Lead, Environment, Health & Safety, Security, Sustainability, Technology, Facilities Operations and Engineering, and external vendors.
