You'll work directly with the business owner and a motivated sales team to install custom design projects, bringing them to life in clients' homes, where the details are on full display and the bar is high. What this actually looks like day-to-day: You'll execute in-home installations of custom spaces, think ensuring precision fitting, clean finishing, and handing off a final product that genuinely wows the homeowner.
