Position Summary: The Senior Change Analyst is a hands-on change management practitioner responsible for executing change across one or more workstreams within the Connected PBM Ecosystem (CPE) program. This role owns day-to-day change delivery across multiple, overlapping releases and go-lives, ensuring stakeholders are informed, trained, ready, and supported to adopt new capabilities, processes, and ways of working.
