The Energy Centre Maintenance Team Lead is responsible for the real time management of the Energy Centre operations, leading a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the safe and efficient operation and availability of all plant and apparatus, to meet or exceed defined service levels in accordance with Company specified policies, processes and procedures. The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in production/operations as a manager or technician in the power generation, process or related industry. Post handover the Energy Centre Maintenance Team Lead will manage a growing shift team dedicated to the production of electricity and operation and first line maintenance consistent with the commercial needs of the business. Being able to demonstrate passion, self-assurance, integrity and trouble shooting skills are core elements of this challenging role.
