Essential Functions: - Staff Pharmacists fill prescriptions following laws and policies: retrieve, measure, label, and audit. - Assist customers and physicians with prescription and health inquiries per CS guidelines. - Offer professional consultations per state and federal regulations. - Communicate billing and dispensing procedures under CMS DMEPOS guidelines, including complaints. - Participate in clinical programs and handle pharmacist-related phone inquiries. - Collaborate with team members to ensure policy and legal compliance. - Conduct monthly CII audits and maintain controlled substance records.
