$27.00 PER HOUR: GENERAL PURPOSE: The purpose of this position is to ensure that the Bakery department maintains quality standards and profitability. This person will train and mentor all Bakery associates and know all aspects of the full service Bakery. This person will also determine production and inventory levels for the Bakery. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Follows established departmental and store policies and procedures - Ensures the quality and freshness of all products and services the Bakery provides - Responsible for maintaining the appropriate product assortment and inventory levels for the Bakery - Confirms pricing accuracy and signage for all products, paying particular attention to ad items - Ensures the Bakery is cleaned and sanitized daily and meets the company standards for appearance - Deliver excellent customer service to all customers - Ordering product and creating production sheets to meet the needs of the Bakery based on past and projected sales - Completes assigned tasks efficiently and in a timely manner - Sets a professional and positive example to others - Communicates openly and frequently with Store Director and Director of Fresh Bakery - Ens...
