This role offers the opportunity to impact patient access and experience in a community-based hospital setting, providing leadership across multiple outpatient and acute care areas. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, staffing, and workflows across various service areas. You will serve as a mentor and subject matter expert, supporting staff development, guiding teams through escalated situations, and fostering a consistent, service-focused environment that promotes reliability and high-quality patient access.
